Smartworks Kolkata is very bad experience. Office politics. No work life Balance, Mon to sat working, huge pressure, no hike, no job satisfaction, no increment no reward and recognition. If u r in account department then you will be always undertreated. However if u r in It department or tech department then its Very good company. It has different policy for different departments and different regions...Read More
