1) Full office politics between managers and team leads for their favourite employees. 2) Managers only promote those employees who are theirs favourite employees, no respect for talent and dedicated employees who gives their 101 percent at their work. 3) No proper discussion before appraisal. They have fixed the percentage prior tothe appraisal cycle and doesn't matter how much dedication you have shown throughout the year, you will get the minimum 5-10 percent. 4) You will absolutely get some sudden escalation before your appraisal letter and they will cut the increament amount, While you have zero escalation throughout the year.. Strange. 5) Team leader has hired his wife in his team, while she had zero knowledge of the work with. So obviously you take her side. We all know everyone can learn if the person has given the on job KT of the work but atleast get some prior and minimum work experience of the field. No Idea how this blood relation in the same team is allowed. Bhaiya bhabhi culture being followed unofficially. 7) Fully negative office culture and environment, micro management. 8) No work life balance, no job security. 9) No Knowledge Transfer to existing team members, no opportunities to the existing team members while they will hire the new person from outside. 10) Along with micro management, Managers and team leader have trust issues for their team member, they think team is sleeping while working from home hence passed and order to TURN ON THE WEBCAM While working from home....Read More

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
