everyone is so supportive (especially JIM // Trainer Night Shift ). that you can survive for 2-3 months at least.

Dislikes

Apart from people everything is bad on the night shift from the canteen to the washroom.

In our company for the night shift they are providing transportation which is really good because many cannot afford personal vehicle so using public transportations is really very dangerous, while I am working in morning shift, I have to daily travel using public transport which is so not fare, over that every lockdown days has been marked as non- working day and by that rule our salary also got deducted as the no. Of working days for the month decreased.Over that I was suffering from fever am good know and currently on leave which is also a non- paid leave.So I suggest the company policies might need to reconsidered where as the mangers specially Ron and Chris and other team members are really very friendly and supporting which is the only reason I'm with this Company otherwise I would have changed the company immediately....Read More

They did and didn't support, it's both actually. They didn't support because the salary for the month of March was provided on attendance basis, those who had less than minimum attendance just didn't receive their salary, even though it was due to lockdown. Zero salary after March. They helped by not removing from the job.

Dislikes

Very unhygienic and dirty washrooms. Free feeling of vomit sometimes when entered inside.
