Zero Job security, you are just a number if company profit goes down you are expendable. If you are looking for money come for sure but think again if you looking for mental peace and Job security. When market is good smarsh is busy buying other companies, it’s like you are buying things on credit card not sure you have enough money or not. But if market goes bad let’s sell TV or say Car .. What I meant to say is in bad times they just fire employees. At the first place why didn’t you think that you should maintain profitability before buying any company....Read More

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
