Job security is a small concern. There has be 3 phases of WFR during my 1 yr 8 months with the company. As long as the employee is able to prove the worth to the org, this shouldn't be too much of a concern.

Plenty of problems to solve from an Engineering Standpoint. Good engineering culture and openness to new solutions.

Dislikes

Lack of consistency at leadership level. Too many org level changes in a short span of time. Low confidence in leadership.

Zero Job security, you are just a number if company profit goes down you are expendable. If you are looking for money come for sure but think again if you looking for mental peace and Job security. When market is good smarsh is busy buying other companies, it’s like you are buying things on credit card not sure you have enough money or not. But if market goes bad let’s sell TV or say Car ..
