Everything, the HR persons will try to pretend as if they want good for you , but they set a trap for employees. Small company with small mindset. Job security is not there , they can fire anyone anytime , the terms & condition mentioned in offer letter are subject to change as per organisation, so be careful. Don't get flatter withwork from home , they provide work from home so that they can find an excuse to torture any resources.
