Poor Salary structure, No recognition of hard work, only "few selected old employees" get promoted and salary hiked . No particular work is defined they can give you any task without caring about your job profile. Company have no growth formula so you can't expect your growth as well. Company management will not fulfill their commitment & always make fake promises starting from your interview So I will suggest you not join the company it's like LALA company....Read More
