Things are going good with SOP, management gives oppertunity for new ideas and implementation. Weekly review is fentastic task from Management.

Dislikes

Here most of the employees faces lack of decision making. Implementation of new ideas is very poor.

Work Details

Life in Skyla is not that much i expected, i can simply say it is not bad. No more oppertunities to grow. We all will be trained regularly as a part of management role.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
