Nothing as such, work culture is toxic, managers are not great and employee retention is zero, they care for nobody's mental well being

Absolutely nothing, apart from the few good colleagues who became friends.

Everything. Toxic work culture, 10-12 hour shifts on the month ends, leadership has no prior experience other than working in this company. Even the head of sales here has no prior experience than at Skillovilla. (2 years) I wonder if the C level executives are aware of what goes on in the floor. They fire people left and right, force them to resign by saying that if they terminate itll be a bad rep on their profile. (most new hires here are freshers so they fall for it too) they make you work 6 days a week and even make you do follow ups and other stuff on sundays. 3 month experience Team leads, egos as big as the sun because they've never worked anywhere else. Incentive structure is preposterous. lot of favouritism resulting is unjust work environment.
