On the offer letter they write timing 11-8, but put a pressure to compulsory come by 9:30 and can't leave office before 8:30-9. Which organisation tells you to work for 11-12 hours? Worst policies, one day they wake up and put any policy, there is no authentication. Nobody thinks about people working there, they just thing about profit. No work life balance. Salaries are never ever on time. Employees have their EMIs to pay, but who thinks about employees there, no one. They should hire robots for such worst policies....Read More

Work culture and incentives are very good.

Dislikes

Worst support lot and lot of partiality the dm will help only to their favourite employee. More pressure and we have to work at least for 11 hours per day. While joining they’ll say like alternate Sunday will be week off but all Sunday we have to work. Only Thursday is holiday that too they’ll ask us to come if we dint put any sale.
