Worst Company I have ever seen No timings. At first they will say 11-8 but it will be 10-9:30 sometimes 10 also that means 12 hrs of work in office Pathetic RSMs and Managers I don't mention the names but worst people I have ever seen Moreover they don't do healthy sales They probe student to take loans from apps to pay the registration fees so as they will get a sale They will say the curriculum is industry relevant But the same has been teaching in Ameerpet for just 25K with job guarantee The main part comes here they don't relieve the placement statistics to students Because the real is the package which they will be getting for a paid course 2 lakhs worth is just 3 lpa that too with 2-3 yrs of bond which is in different locations anywhere from India Apart from that you have to work on Sundays too what a pathetic company it is, if the sale Target is not done. Domain Manager's are almost mad. 150 dials or 250 minutes talktime is their daily hunger. Talktime is almost next to impossible because only 1% customer recognise this company. Hence you'll be doing Cold Calls 135 per day. Leads would not entertain you. Don't go below 8 LPA there. Almost no incentive you're getting because a single sale is next to impossible. Hire and Fire is a well known culture here. If you are joining be prepared to have other options. Don't forget 60 days notice period.
