Domain Manager's are almost mad. 150 dials or 250 minutes talktime is their daily hunger. Talktime is almost next to impossible because only 1% customer recognise this company. Hence you'll be doing Cold Calls 135 per day. Leads would not entertain you. Don't go below 8 LPA there. Almost no incentive you're getting because a single sale is next to impossible. Hire and Fire is a well known culture here. If you are joining be prepared to have other options. Don't forget 60 days notice period.
