Siyaram's was always there to encourage employess during all the 4 stages of lockdown. Also, Siyaram's, even being it's sales were totally stopped, tried a level best to fulfill the basic needs of the employees, for those who were sitting at home, especially. Siyaram's everytime supports the employees those who stuck somewhere financially, like major healt issues etc. Siyaram's, during Covid19, tried to inculcate the feeling of not to give up, taught and guided to manage against all kinds of problems faced due to the pendamic, to the employees, which itself states that the organization is not just a conpany where thousands of people work, but it is a family where owner is not just owner of a company but a responsible family head whose statements and speeches gives a lot of courage. Well, I don't know the situations before I joined Siyaram's, but when I started working, I have no dislikes as far as management, colleagues etc. are concerned. Seniors/bosses/management always support right people here in Siyaram's. Some minor issues are likely to be ignored, no problem. Thanks.
