Very very unprofessional managment. All top positions occupied by retired people so they don't bother about company's growth. Internal politics is a part of daily working. Incompetent people got promoted just by having connection. Highly avoidable organization. I felt like I spoil my 21 years with this company.

Looking after the engineering activities. Working since last 21 years but there is no job satisfaction. Managment never asks the senior persons before starting any new projects and all the new set up looks like forcefully imposed on the staff. Vision less
