Department - Chemical Finish

Job Purpose
To produce good quality fabric with proper feel within cycle time.

Role & Responsibilities - Specific functions / Task / Performance Objectives

• Daily follow up with production planning section for programe status.
• Analyze efficiency, production and faults and take corrective action with related departmental head.
• Daily meeting with all department heads regarding production planning and working issues and its solutions.
• Ensure effective managements of performance in the department to meet business needs.
• Develops, monitors and implements budgets and production forecasts.
• Daily follow up of fabric testing, complain with marketing through QA.
• To control waste and stores inventory and non moving items.
• Analyze customer complaints and take corrective action.

Experience, Qualifications & Age

• Preferably graduate in Textile Engineering (BE) minimum experience of 5-7 years.
• Minimum experience of 10 to 12 years with experience in Diploma In Textile Engineering. (Diploma in Man Made Textile Chemistry) or B.Sc in Chemistry with relevant experience of 18 years in textile processing.
