Job Purpose

To finish the fabric on different machine as per feel required.
Role & Responsibilities, Specific functions / Task / Performance Objectives

• To do planning of mechanical finish according to available fabric and finishes required.
• To monitor and take appropriate timely improvement action to meet production quantity.
• To ensure optimum utilization of machines used.
• To follow the process and SOP mentioned on Job Card.
• To report any abnormality observes in his shift regarding damage, production and quality, machine break down or any other issue effecting our quality / production to the head of the department and in log book.
• To ensure that proper JOB CARD is attached with each trolley and entries are done on the Job Card.
• To update shift wise / machine wise production data on production book and stock details by 07.00 am.
• To attend “GEMBA MEETING at the schedule time for priorities and plan accordingly.
• Better Trolley management for better furtherance to next/immediate process.
• To sign the Job card when the goods are delivered to next section.

Experience, Qualifications & Age

• Preferably graduate in Textile Engineering (BE) minimum experience of 3-5 years.
• Minimum experience of 5 – 7 years with experience in Diploma In Textile Engineering. (Diploma in Man Made Textile Chemistry) or B.Sc in Chemistry with relevant experience of 12 years in textile processing.
