Job Responsibilities

● Costing and technical analysis of samples before pricing and production.
● Calculating the fabric and trim consumption.
● Coordinate with buyer for order and shipment related issues.
● Placing trims /fusing order and follow up.
● Hold PPM with production team.
● Fabric Requirement & Planning style wise
● Preparing B.O.M (Bill of material), P.O (purchase order)
● Taking line plan from vendor and review the same.
● Provide required detail/job order/pattern//fabric to vendor.
● To convey & make sure trims that replica of sample is produced in bulk.
● To sort out the problem occurs during production & shipment.
● To take timely & suitable decision accordingly.
● To maintain the sample submission n shipment dates.
● Taking size set before starting bulk for checking the measurement and quality standard.
● Coordinating with production incharge/vendor for production status.
● Visiting to vendor factory & checking order status and quality.
● Checks reconciliation of factory/vendors and make internal reconciliation.
● Checking the quality/measurement during the production.
● inspection before shipment.
