In my 5years tenure, 2 years were part of covid lockdown. I am grateful for this company and during this period, the company allowed me to work. I was asked to handle 2 verticals MIS and logistics.

Since this is cable tv business and for this company end customers are more important followed by the Local Cable operators and followed by Distributors. So whenever there was a disruption in company policies/tariff plans or competition best offers. All these LCOs and DB conduct dharna in Regional HO and manhandle This company's employees and its furniture (which seemed to be a common thing in this company). The most shocking part is the TOP management is well known in advance about these dharnas and they will be either on customer visits or some other important meeting outside the HO leaving the lower cader to face the heat. I was a victim of this manhandling and I asked about what action will company take to safeguard it employees. The company will register a case not on the accused but on the association president's post (not on the person's name as such). So the association will come to a compromise promising to increase the business of the company and the case will be revoked. When the employee ask for justice the reporting manager from the company says " CHAPPAL KE MAAR THO PART OF THE JOB HAI" (getting hit by LCO and DB's is part of the company). 2 your i had to suffer and carry this pain with me. i have mentioned this to HR while resigning also....Read More
