Targeting personally Everytime or anytime sale day ( where you need to extend and do pipelines. Kick out genuine people Worst team leader's i.e- unprofessional, wrong intentions, unskilled. No job security. Does not entertain employee issues. Anytime they can tell to resign. No job security. Worst manager in IPT team.

Pricing Hike issue again and again in year is not good for Company and market also , Company should have understand what actual happen in ground level, Company have to focus on customer's needs and demand. This is best time for Company Growth so don't need price hike every time in year. After price hike customer switch for another software because of trust issues.
