This was my 2nd Startup company and this was also had the same toxic culture which causes even nightmare to think for joining a startup in Future. Likes- NOTHING

Everything 1. There is extremely toxic work culture and micro management by seniors. 2. Forget about the work Life Balance, you will have to work all 4 weekends and still your Boss will scold you 3. No salary hike/Promotion even after I completed all my projects before deadline and Got appreciation from CLIENT 4. Only Fake promises about Salary hikes/promotion

Toxicity at Peak , many project managers , Assistant project managers , project leads and even at director level people were harassed at work in all regions by found Kunal walia . Delhi , Bangalore, Hyderabad everywhere the employees were troubled ( abused also sometimes), I personally had witnessed kunal walia and management ill treating employees like shit

Beware of this fraud company and founder Kunal wali and management are so toxic that they dont leave even directors when it comes to abusing they for small small mistakes / illtreating for being late to office . you may loose your respect , dignity , mental peace everything
