When you work at simplex you have to own fully for your works and the management supports you for that but if you fail by even 1% you have no backing what so ever reason it maybe i.e. for any technical/non technical reasons if the same was not possible that day you are blamed for that despite the fact that work was not possible that day.

Dislikes

salary delays are major reasons along with improper utilisation of man power in different field not as per there qualifications

my work involves daily cash flow planning and execution, relates to day to day banking works along with preparation of monthly stock operational data, Financial followup reports along with other financial reports required for monthly, qtrly & annual plans
