- discontinued WFH. - zero future vision of management - CTO is literally dragging everyone to office. - CTO is wasting company's money. - One thing management should understand is taking employees on trips will NOT compensate on increment. - every year increment may be not there but layoff will be there after one year.

Therevis a scope of self learning in there with production environment. The teammates and immediate seniors are helpful.

Dislikes

While working in Simpl, it's not as good as it seems. The management is a waste, they don't know how to work with people. Internal politics is too much. Management has ego issues. They overhire and over spend on parties and trips and then do their special move - mass layoffs.. already happened twice in 2 years. Stay safe.

So, something good about Simpl is their policies that they have copied from Google but somehow are not able to adhere by it.

Dislikes

The cons are: 1. They will hire you saying it’s a hybrid job, but you have to come to office everyday. Even to take 2 days leave to visit your hometown is a big mistake because you will be taunted for this 2. They have laid off employees consequently for 2 years straight and have lied throughout (this time they spread the rumor so employees can put in their papers well in advance) 3. Check the news about them, the company or CEO showed no empathy and rather did the lay offs on a 3 minute zoom call 4. Here, your work is not counted. Only optics is. If you are able to show off to your manager, lie to him about taking all the credit for your team members then you are amazing otherwise your name can be on the list again....Read More

The office is quite good with all the amenities that an employee needs. the office ambiance is soo good. We can work with stake holders and marketing expertise. Good collobarative work environment
