I like everything about the company I have learned a lot from this company. Very supportive and for beginners this company is excellent.

Dislikes

Work environment is very good,you will learn each and every thing in this company. Not only work but how to behave,how to tackle tough situation related to work.. Vyas sir and sangeeta mam are very supportive.

Atmosphere is not good for human health so don't like ... There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue.salary is ok but career growth is slow..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
