1. no learning, you will learn how to manipulate others instead of actual work. 2. the only way to survive is office politics. 3. code quality is poor and below the mark. 4. developers are deliberately told to make mistakes so that client projects can go longer. 5. behind the doors, mental harassment happens. employees are getting fired. 6. layoffs have been happening.

No work life balance, management still wnat to be in Startup stage, they believe pressure is common, if you can't handle pressure they can leave.

Dislikes

New people are not joining Signzy and newly joined Engineering Manager Abscond within 3 months of joining. And there almost all old employees left the company. Instead of fixing the work life balance, work cultures, they started Outsourcing and firing existing people of Signzy Technologies.

Work life balance is not there in signzy. Company is too much client focused. You work for 16/17 hour's a day then next day get zero appreciation for your work. Team's head's just listen and ignore your problem employee are treated like slave in this company. Customer is King and employees are slave

I like how everyday at work you feel how low your manager can get. Again no one knows if this is hierarchical or this is individual.

You dislike something everyday. Basic needs of working from home, holidays are questioned for reasons unknown. Too many SOPs or processes just to make sure that you don't adhere to all as they will be contacting in itself. Senior management contradicts their own statements so you are not sure what to believe on. HR is as useless asa fan in a centralised AC office. Problem is that work culture changes depends upon the project. Depends on some project requirement they are totally ignore the employees request,health and requirements.
