I was uncertain about joining Signzy after reading the reviews & ratings but after joining Signzy I truly feel it is great place to work,learn and grow. It may have been a toxic workculture before, but now things have changed and Manager(Ranganath) is a cool guy. He have good balance of the team. - "I feel that working here is tunring out to be a good choice."

-Need to improve the hiring process. -Prioritise QA bandwidth to meet deadlines. -Avoid works on weekends strictly.

Product is good. Tech stack is good. Provide free lunch.

The organization is full of politics and favoritism, with no transparency. No work life balance. Higher management will mock you openly if you talk about work life balance because, it is very normal for them to have it(otherwise you will be considered as 'kaamchor') one-to-one development discussion is missing. The blame game culture is common. It's hard to find peace of mind, while working here.

HR are very dissappointing, no work life balance, have to work more than 12 hrs and still your manager will push you like you are a robot and never praise. Will make you feel you are not capable so that you will put more n more effort and that will lead to sleepless night.

1. Good leaning for fresher/Intern. 2. Salary on time. 3. You can request for 2X loan , with zero interest. 4. Smooth Exit Process. 5.HR team can read, write and speak. 6. Friendly founder, unfortunately they are not aware about what's going on ground level and intensionly HR team not sharing the feedback with founder.

Stop posting fake reviews in Glassdoor. Try to make a better workplace where people will love to work. Build a environment with trust, empathy, respect, kindness. I would suggest call all the HRs and QA lead (PC), ask them to Submit all the assets and ask someone to kick them out From floor. Dear PC, try to be better manager if not don't be a antagonist, it's been more than a year I didn't even found a single Jira ticket you worked on, and fake English acent not gonna help you in long run. Extremely poor, Neither HR not manager ever tried to understand anyone problem. You will find lot of negetive people like PC(QA lead) who neither work nor let other to work. Only Dirty politics.
