Salary on time , increment on time every years,

Not need more technical person for work inspection,only quantity not work quality ,no safety because sub contractor are 3rd class no technical team, no technical approach ,no proper planning, seniors are not supported to junior staff the checking work on field when contractor are working not as per G.F.C drawing required .

Dislikes- Senior GM HR, Jaspreet Kaur I worked in Signature Global more than 8 years but in 2023, Jaspreet Kaur did my 0% increment and when I raised my issue in meeting than Jaspreet Kaur called me in Gurgaon Signature Tower and asked for resign than I denied than She threat me either give resign or I will terminate you and spoil your career and way of talking of her was very very rude and She talk less and shout more.
