This company is good for work experience it explores all your skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

Growth is ok but working hours are very high, everyday late sitting is routine here sometimes you have to work for 10-11 hours straight. Managers roams freely, does nothing except gossiping. Very poor working environment, work-life balance is zero, you can't take a day off without giving proper reason for day off. You have to ask your manager before leaving to home even if your working hours are over. In short your work is valued nothing in front of senior management in annual review for appraisal, old staff gets higher growth even after doing nothing....Read More
