At first it was little bit challanging and tought. Slowly i started learing the working culture and adapt with the system. Then i was assigned several responsibilities which make me more dedicated towards my work. Right now i am happy to work in this bank

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
