Super micro management whenever there is no work, management expect you should seat and look at the laptop for continuously 8 hours to maintain Desktime!

The work life balance was good as no extra working hours or no office communications during off hours. Pay was also ok but you should negotiate a bit as they will try to squeeze you by giving various excuses.

Dislikes

The higher management does not have a vision for the organization. they are just doing things as they go. Work culture is very bad as a lot of politics and the higher management is actively involved in this and expects a lot of sycophancy from you then only you will get appraised/promoted. A lot of layoffs without explanations happen so no job security and no skill upgradation.
