In Shyama Power, The Managing Director and other staff help to each other and any type of decision is not pending for long time.

Dislikes

Managing Director always give the good response to new senior staff and when new staff joined then they ignore old staff and also feeling that old senior staff not helping the new staff so old staff is not feeling job security.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
