Rest everything iss ok, but when you enter through gate, it may feel like you are entering into a Jail for 12 hours. & it's also a big issue here, working time is 12 hours here below than management level. There's really nothing to dislike about working at Shyam Steel. However, an improvement could be transitioning from a 6-day workweek to a standard 5-day schedule, aligning with the practice in many multinational and product-based companies, providing employees with Saturday and Sunday as holidays.
