Company facilities here is good, but too much higher mental load exists here due to poor management. Rest everything iss ok, but when you enter through gate, it may feel like you are entering into a Jail for 12 hours. & it's also a big issue here, working time is 12 hours here below than management level. In my role as a Product Designer, I've successfully crafted eight fully functional designs, receiving positive feedback on each as a masterful creation.

There's really nothing to dislike about working at Shyam Steel. However, an improvement could be transitioning from a 6-day workweek to a standard 5-day schedule, aligning with the practice in many multinational and product-based companies, providing employees with Saturday and Sunday as holidays.
