It's a LALA COMPANY. Family person involvement in all department without a basic knowledge. You have to report a family person who has zero knowledge and experience in any particular department. 50 percent of total employees are from either family or close references. Almost nothing, Everything is worst, HR dept lead by the Head is a poison to the organisation. Sadly MD who is the owner of the company is not able to understand all this. Ironically everyone is playing safe and trying to demin each other!

HR department is always busy with the cultural programme and not intrested to solve any employee related problems or they do not have any authority to make decisions in my opinion. Working with Shyam steel has been a great journey so far. Their salary is on time and you get payslips on time. Yearly bonus and calendar holidays.
