Almost nothing, Everything is worst, HR dept lead by the Head is a poison to the organisation. Sadly MD who is the owner of the company is not able to understand all this. Ironically everyone is playing safe and trying to demin each other!

Plant senior persons of few plant do whatever feels like and exploit and abuse other staffs employees and owners and promoters also listen them and they doesn't takes side of wat is right and oppose wrong. They can terminate any person within minute even who worked for long years and given his life in working in this company.

I have worked here for more than 1.7 years (July'21 till Jan'23) and must say this is one of the best corporates I have worked in throughout my work tenure. I have been furtunate to have the best managment and supportive bosses ever to work with. Nice location and office are the icing on the cake and morever salary are always on time. Work life balance is the most fantastic. Overall it is completely a employee driven organisation. Dut to some unforseen situations I had to take a break from this esteemed organisation but given a chance again I would love to come back....Read More

Overall good and their salary is also good but 6days a week and very strict timings policy and they have very few leaves but the best part is the Techhead are so good and understandable and the bad part is the managers are so arogant and never give importance to their teams
