Good management system every things doing in perfect time, not delay to any scheme etc. Dealer also satisfied in this manner of company and also channel partners, Influencers are also satisfied

Work pressure is too much specially one thing which i most dislike in this company that is we have to do work in evry segment parallel i.e primary sales management, secondary sales management, Influencer management with a vast area and huge sales target and also we have to achieve both targets steel and chemicals.
