Terrible environment I’ve been worked here at last 6 months and I’m literally feeling like depressed because nobody talk about anything other than just performance that they need 100% no matter what or else the TL & Assistant manager will make you feel like that you are just the worse person on this earth rather than motivating you. main thing is cases allocated to callers by partiality. The actual shift time should be 9.30 am to 6.30.pm but the TL & Assistant manager will extend the shit to 8.pm also.. it is like a torture & people feel like depressed. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Interesting working with Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited-Pune Maharashtra.It was totally different experience altogether..I have learnt many things while working with Shriram Group, Culture/Enviornment/Independently handling the Entire Branch,No Pressure/No Politics and Bad Behaviour.Smooth working culture and very Transparent Policy etc.

Seems to be a company but my Managers don't have supporting nature and Problem solving skills. Even if someone delivers the solution they'll hesitate to listen and work out. "Working in a team" amounts to "working in a company. If Team is bad, Company is also bad. Work nature is hybrid but one has to beg for WFH.
