Working with good team will always yield success, be it work environment, teammates, work life-balance or any parameter. Job security is high even if your are an average performer. Working with not less than 7 competitors in a small market and having more than three competitive advantages is one of the pros of this company.

Dislikes

Every company has its drawback and SGI doesn't leave behind having one. No proper system within the company. Timely payments to FAs is one of the major issue. Growth, innovation and training are zero. It's all about self learning which impacts as slow performance and growth. No support from higher authority. Overall, this company is not an employee centric company.
