No cab/transport service was provided. For long tour to Delhi and North India there was no flight allowance I must have to travel through train only, It was very hectic. Company travel and stay/accommodation policy is outdated.

I like the company, DCM shriram, but few people in top level made it hell, until or unless if they don't leave the organisation it is horrible to work.I worked 10 years there, without single promotion by position and no financial growth, The DCM Shriram corporate is good it takes care of employees , So much mental harassment by biotech head, and research CEO.
