The employees are good and knowledgeable in their own field and very co-operative with one another

Dislikes

One of the biggest drawbacks of the company is the MD who is a micromanager who even get himself involved in managing the janitors. He gets himself involved in and tries to run the show with his minimal knowledge and he is the biggest roadblock for the subject experts to complete their task. 1-star rating is too good for this company. I could have given 0-star if that option is available.

Everything. Complete micromanagement. The MD of the company is the worst boss I have ever worked with. No value to the employees.
