Worst company to work ever. Work timings is from 10am to 7pm which is hell.And salary is below 20k.Precisely 14k and 2k is cut for mess and hostel accommodation.So I get 12k in hand per month.Even a daily wage worker gets 500 rs day.As an engineer 14k per month is comedy.no body knows anything.I don't know how even the people are working here for those low salaries.Nobody here is interested in working here.All people want to leave this company as soon as they get other opportunity. 6 days working days and 1 paid holiday per month. The company offers a good onsite or off-site support for every employee. There is on-job training facilities for fresher's. I must mention that SMFAL believes innovative, constructing ideas from workers. We employer-employee maintain a culture of looking after growth of each other. Special priority is given to safety in every aspect.

Dislikes

Like nobody is perfect, every organisation has some flaws and everyone has to overcome it for a greater good. Some HR policies are not up to the expectations like EL,CL,ML(leaves). But as the company is about to enlist it's name in the ISO list so it is expected to be guided as per govt norms.

Work Details

My work is here to run plant smoothly with a steady production rate and that is why same problems repeat to appear again and again which makes the job a bit boring.
