The project that is going on in the plant helps to learn about the machines, it's work principle, any defects to be noticed when the machine stops and also helps in learning how to manage projects.

Dislikes

The work time is 10 hours which is very long and the timing is so odd that the whole day gets wasted in the office. And the salary is given on 7th of the month.
