Bonus is good as per norms....salary is transferred on time.. I apreciate HR for this

Working hours are too long i.e. 10 hours and as compared to other companies official hours is 9 hours only....An employee efficiency can come in 9 hours only...All HR policies are only in favor of company... HR is not following the proper policies and procedures for all employees... Employee welfare is nowhere.... I suggest HR should work on it for the growth of the company and employees... The rule and benefit should be same from manager to executive level Or worker...Read More
