I worked at shri balaji hospital, their culture, behavior and time management is so good. And all are polite and humble nature. 👌

Dislikes

As per my observation. All the nursing staff and patient they depend on one ward boy of their floor. Most of the time nursing staff and patient call at the same time. So that situation freeze the mind of ward boy. We must take care of patient and we have to listen nursing staff also they both are important. It's very confuse situation to what should we do. Maybe the problem would be fix. This situation not happens all the time. As I told you. Otherwise everything is good....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
