The contents is open to innovation & always adopts the new technology. If you want to growth your skill & knowledge then I think this company is one of them . As result being Electrical Engineer now am working in boiler operation. I also like the operation team all my senior who teaches me how to operate the system.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent bt growth is very slow, because this palnt running more than 10-15 years, so everything is over there . I come to the offce & operate the boiler that's it. So growth is very poor . Salary increment is so pathetic.

Frankly speaking my work is totally challenging because I don't have any idea about thermal power plant . Now m happyly working here , but now depressed for the growing & increment..
