The organization is actually run by one of the directing partner and his son. Both are egoistic, unprofessional, unethical. Against there will and ego you cannot move an inch. What they say is always right and the rest of the world is wrong. They can hire and fire people without giving a second thought. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
