Directors and MD/CEO are v.good motivators and professional at work. with my experience understanding the job over there was very easy. Quality and Quantities of production was excellent and huge. out of my profile i was able to learn FDA Regulatory works, Product designing and had some entry in PMT. Colleagues were supportive in understanding of new challenges.

I am from south india and speaks Telugu, in line i was not in acceptance with the old , local and classical group of people. new ideas or techniques are not accepted, they follow only the their own classical methods. there is no on job training but you can train yourself.
