Nothing good to share. It is like a family business and you will be treated as their servant. They even share diwali sweets on 1st come basis means if you are late you might not get that because it will be over. Worst HR services n management. There is no scope for career growth. The company will not provide basic needs to employees. Every employee will suffer with financial problems due to their company policies. When we exit there is no option for full n final settlement. Organization will hold 10% from your take home of every month, will return for 7 month if employee complete 6 months tenure.
