That's time i worked, company culture and management behaviour was supportive and caring but now top to bottom all management people changed, that why all cultures has been changed, just like oter retail industry culture.

Dislikes

nothing was wrong, but now everything is wrong.

very funtastic with good work load, I was joy with my work.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

I like the working Culture &process of the company for each and every aspect is excellent.

Salary as low,and currently career growth is slow

Work Details

My work slightly challenging and multitasking as I have look 4to5 store accounting and collecting information from our subordinates ,we have provide the daily, monthly,weekly report to our areas account and many times directly related to to service office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
