Shital Fibers overall is good developing company and the work culture is favourable in comparision to otherblanket/ carpet manufacturing textile units in BADAOI / VARANASI / LUDHIANA and PANIPAT. It is far more better company to work in. There are certain employess who are working from more then 20-25 years.
