This startup feels like game of Avalon and Warewolf come to life where deceit and deception run the show. Selected few individuals (Founders and early PMs and few other people who are now working for 4+ years) hold all the power, secret knowledge and critical information needed to do the job. Many of them act as CXO's loyal troublemakers - paid to spy and create division/conflicts between the teams. Most of those who joined after covid growth boom in the company (new Gurgaon office) are like innocent "villagers" in the WareWolf game, naive peasants oblivious to the ulterior motives of those above you.
